Holiday Spirit Week

Recognizing the hard work and importance of their valuable employees across the nation, Healix holds an annual week-long celebration during the holiday season featuring contests, games, decorations, and other festivities, culminating in a raffle all employees are encouraged to participate in by taking part in the events held throughout the week. Previously an informal series of internal communications, I developed and implemented a cohesive brand for the event, extending to digital communications, signage, and print collateral for each event, driving employee engagement and participation.
